My husband and I stopped into Culver's today at around 12 noon (on a Saturday). As we were studying the menu (not a frequent visitor), there were at least 3 people that asked we needed help with anything on the menu or questions and when we said we were just looking, everyone replied with a cheerful "Well, let us know when you are ready to order." It was a woman that took our order. I was unable to see her full name tag but I did see the first three letters (Van...). She was GREAT. She smiled and laughed and joked with me and my husband and with her fellow team. As we ordered, she helped get the best deal based on what we needed.
Once the transaction was completed, we went to our table to wait. We didn't wait long. Our food was brought quickly and was VERY HOT & FRESHLY MADE. The young man that brought our lunch had a smile and offered to get us anything else we might need.
Over all the food was great and the service was magnificent.
I would like to add that the men and women working in food service are working with short staff and, all too often, rude customers. I ask that everyone please be patient. If something isn't right, be nice about it. And if something is right, make sure you tip or at least thank everyone for a great job. Give them a reason to be proud of the job...
Read moreSo, it is Culvers. So the food is good. Yeah know? But like the service. Man. Let me tell ya it leaves to be desired. So you can excuse that it is a new franchise. You can excuse that it is busy. But what ya can't excuse is when it is not busy.
Twice now. With no other people in line. They have missed up the order. And it wasn't like a hey. I forgot the fries. We are talking majoring borking it. First time. They gave me two of the same burger. The most recent time. At like 935. With only one person in front me. The forgot the other burger and acted like they couldn't hear what I said. I had to repeat the same burger order four times. And they forgot to include the burger.
Let me repeat that again. The young black thin woman at the window talking my order. That acted like she couldn't hear. Called my order back. And when they came to the car. Read it. But there was no burger in the sack.
Again. Only one other car in front. It was slow. And this is the second time. So if you order check your order before you leave cause they are charging you and not giving you the food...
Read moreThis is my 3rd visit to Miller rd Culver's. The first time everything's was good and worth the long wait, this was right after they opened. On my second visit i had a large order. The person who brought the food to the car read off the ticket and it was my exact order. I drove home and discover I was missing 3 items. 2 Chicken tenders and cheese curds. I called and was told to check my order before I leave and I could drive back and they would make the missing items, I had company and I dud not want to make the drive and wait. Yesterday I tried again. I ordered 2- 3 piece fish dinners, butter burger, mushroom burger, and a smoothie. I looked in the bag, all the items appeared to be there. When I got home and unpacked I was missing a peice of fish from each dinner. I guess I needed to count them before I left the store. The fish was soggy as it had a bit if grease in the container and nothing to obsorb it. I double checked my receipt and I was charged fir the 3 piece dinners. If I go back I won't be ordering the fish....
