We purchased on Oct. 23, 2015 a 6/6 Restonic - Inspire Latex Tempa Goolon Gel Hi-Brid Set from Kendra. This is the BEST mattress! Because I am a light sleeper and my husband moves ALOT! I would wake up constantly. We have been sleeping separately for 1 year so we both can get a good night sleep. My husbands back hurts and would toss and turn a lot waking me up with every movement he makes. We purchased a very expensive sleep number prior to going to Mattress warehouse and both my husband and myself were still not getting a good night sleep, every day we would change our sleep number and still not a good night sleep and the computer showed it, so back on the coach I went and back to hunting for another mattress. I went to several mattress places, laying on the mattress and having my husband jump into bed to see if I could feel the movement. (cause thats what if feels like! Sham-moo jumping into bed with me" One place said to us when we couldn't find a mattress where I didn't feel him. "30% of couples do not sleep together" That is not what I wanted to hear! When I went to Mattress Warehouse with my 21 year old daughter and Kendra referred me to this Temp Gel Hi-Brid bed, I couldn't believe it, I didn't feel any movement or hear any movement. I kept having my daughter jump in and out of bed and move all around because I couldn't believe it, I was excited that i found the right mattress. When we decided to purchase the mattress from Mattress Warehouse, We returned the sleep number bed, with the cost of shipping the sleep number to us and the shipping cost of returning the sleep number (which is non-refundable). I'm changing my original review. I had put money down on layaway for a mattress, fully intending to pay it off because otherwise I would not have put money down. We had an emergency with my dog, 3 days at Burton Rd 24-Hour Emergency Vet. $1300. I didn't have the money, thank God I have wonderful family friends who paid my Luna's bill off, otherwise she may not had made it. I wanted to get the money I had paid onto my Layaway to go towards paying my friend back, but I had not seen on the receipt that they will not refund any layaway money. It was my fault for not reading my receipt but because of this policy I cannot in good conscience recommend this store to those on hard times. Because if you have a family emergency where you need your monies back, you're out of luck. I really wish they didn't have this policy because I would totally go back. But as a person on SSI, I cannot afford to have my money locked up in the event of an emergency.

ORIGINAL Just put a down payment on a layaway order with practically nothing in my pocket. Kendra thank you so much for working with me me and my situation! My 83 year old mother bought a mattress from Mattress Warehouse...within the 30 days she called she decided it was too soft for her. They said give it 2 more weeks since it can take up to 45 days for the body to adjust to new mattresses. Mom ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and the 2 extra weeks passed. She figured she was out of luck and did not call again. I came home to visit and she told me all the above, so during a trip into Flint I stopped in and talked to them...they were absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!
