Taco Bell — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

they were out of ground beef so I ordered chicken and steak tacos no problem they had just served an extremely large order before I was able to order understandable I to own a restaurant..... but with only 4 tacos being ordered asking for both hot and mild sauce I was handed my bag and my drink I then asked did you put sauce in my bag the young man was so into his conversation with the young lady working with him he answered yes i did but clearly I can see through the drive through window he never put any sauce in the bag so I then had to knock on the window and ask where is the sauce I interrupted him again goofing with his coworker for 4 tacos he then grabbed an abundance of 22 packs of hot and mild sauce and handed them out the window along with 2 straws for 1 drink to me but not only was he disrespectful in his actions he wasted your company's money to continue on your clock into the conversation with his coworker that took reign over me as a guest but indeed I will never return to your store again ....photo attached of all the sauce I was given fur 4 tacos because his conversation was more important than customer...

This may sound silly but this is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. First off. I work at buffalo wild wings down the road and most my shifts consist of 14 hour days with no water or food. So I stop in late once or twice a week. The young gentleman working window (12am 3/3/18) he is normally there when I stop in after work and he is always nice and gets my order correct. Today I got the wrong tea and I almost didnt say anything bc I didnt want to be a bother but he fixed it for me right away and wished me a good night. Ive worked retail/customer service and I know how rough it can be so when I get AMAZING customer service and hot food I'm extremely happy (especially every time ). I tried calling to tell a mamager how great this guy is but the line was busy . Like I said, by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to more than once! Keep it up everyone!...

I forgot to post this review! About a month ago I went in and had told the I believe supervisor/manager who helped me at the register that I had issues at other taco bells getting the black bean grilled cheese burrito with beef in it and I didn't want to sound picky or preemptively assume they would mess it up too, but if she could make sure it's vegetarian for me. She was so nice and made me feel not as bad about having to ask. It's not like I was going to complain or be mean if it got messed up it's just happened the past few times at different locations and it's really disappointing :c She was awesome and the burritos were vegetarian and delicious. This is definitely my go to taco bell now even with it being a little more out of the way. They were busy too and I was super grateful they were able to...
