My two kids and I went to this particular location for the second time today and both visits have been fantastic. The first thing I noticed upon walking in was how clean and neat everything is. There weren't soda puddle stains beneath the drink dispensers or open condiment cans sitting out on the counter. There weren't even crumbs on the tables. It really looks like everyone at this location pays attention to the small things. I'll mention the menu briefly, as it isn't particular to this location. The menu upgrade is incredible. The have introduced new sandwiches and really upped the ante on ingredients, adding things like capicolla and smashed avocado. The staff: this is where this location stands out. After 2 visits so far, we have been served by 4 people there and they have all been amazing. My kids order for themselves and some places/people seem like that is an inconvenience. All of the staff here (two of which have been the owners) have been very patient and extremely friendly. Easily the friendliest Subway I have ever been to. To hit the highlights: clean store, good sandwiches and top-notch service. Of the 3 Subway locations near me, I'll happily drive a few minutes more for this location. Read moreDo not go here if you want good service, especially if you use coupons. Had coupons and went here, a place my wife and I frequent often. We were verbally attacked for simply trying to save money. The woman's entire demeanor changed over a coupon. Raising her voice, antagonistic words, altering the coupon itself shouting "I'LL TAKE IT BUT A SMALL CUP ONLY AND NO REFILLS!". When I say shout I literally mean shout. I'd have preferred her just say politely "We don't honor this here." That would have been fine. Her attitude and demeanor will cause us to never return. Her hostility is on top of the already questionable service their. On multiple occasions, her and other staff (guessing the owners) verbally berate and abuse their own staff members for not working fast and not understanding English. It's a pretty messed up place honestly. It's really gone down hill quite a bit in terms of service and quality. I politely tried to get the sandwich maker to make another sandwich for my sick wife but
she became belligerent with me and called her " manager " for permission and i didn't understand a word she said. I had even brought the uneaten sandwich back to show that it had not been ate.
