DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in Florence

I went to this location, hoping to get an air pump for an air mattress. The only one they had that plugs into the wall, was 25$. I was desperate since I had just moved and had no bed yet.

First off, they didn't open the doors till 9:05. The girl that unlocked the door, looked like she had over slept and came to work in what she slept in. Her hair was in a sloppy ponytail. Once i got the pump, and stood in line to pay, I had to wait while the morning gossip was handled with the manager. I was beckoned by a head nod. Never greeted. I told her that i didn't like her attitude and walked out. I found the exact pump at Meijers, at $10 cheaper. I got used to the true caring customer service at Academy in Texas. Going to this store reminds me why I do mostly online shopping. It's okay if you're just walking in to buy something, but the dressing room (#3) was in horrible shape. When I went in there was food wrappers and clothes all over the floor. Now, I kind of wish I had taken a picture to send to the company as proof. There was no where to hang my coat, so I had to put it on the bench and there was no where to hang the clothing items I needed to try on. You could see where they had previously had the clothing hangers, but they're long gone. There wasn't even a rack to put the clothes I didn't want, so I just put them back on a rack together because there seems to be no rhyme or reason to this stores organization. Don't go in the...

We went to the Florence Kentucky store and every time we shop there its a horrible experience. I finally decided to write this review as I'm not one to complain but I spent over 1000. for a treadmill but will never be back. Had to walk to the front of the store to get someone to wait on me and went back after they said they would call to get someone and still nobody came. I finally had to go search and the two clerks were just standing around. After I purchased it we were given directions to go to the back of the store which were very confusing as to which door. We finally found the right door and the sales guys didn't even want to help my husband put it in the truck. This was...
