Today was one of those rainy days where I just really needed something like, home. You know, like grandma's cooking or something that made you feel like, "I've arrived and I'm home". JOT INDIA made that happened for my son and I. This is our first time to this place and the friendly service was next to none. And the atmosphere was open and very inviting. We had the opportunity to try out a few of their items. Their freshly made samosas with the 3 sauces to try, was fantastic and out of this world. We had also had their butter chicken which was my son's favorite and my go to special the ginger chicken. My son liked the butter chicken because of the fresh flavor of spices and it had way less heat. My ginger chicken hit the spot as far as just the right amount of heat. If we had to rate the heat level from 1 to 5 and 5 being the hottest. I'd say butter chicken was a 1 and ginger chicken was a 3. Their freshly stone oven cooked naan bread goes great with the curry too. To top it off, we also had their amazing mango lassi that was refreshing and also helped reset our pallets from all the flavors and spices. Overall... we would like to highly recommend anyone and everyone that's looking to expand their pallets or even revisiting India and their amazing cuisines. Look no further, this is the spot and the place to be!!!

Thank you for your response and for addressing my concerns. However, I’d like to share my perspective to help you understand why this experience was so disappointing for us.
We drove over an hour to visit your restaurant because of the great things we had heard about your food and reputation. We value being part of the Indian community, and that’s exactly why we chose your establishment over other options, not to go eat buffet next door. Supporting Indian-owned businesses is important to us, and we were genuinely excited to enjoy your cuisine.
That said, our experience didn’t reflect the hospitality or warmth we had anticipated. Arriving at 1:35 PM, we weren’t informed in advance about the 1:30 PM seating cutoff, nor were we made to feel welcome when we entered. Instead, we felt rushed and undervalued. While we understand policies, we believe that extending kindness and flexibility goes a long way, especially when guests have made such an effort to visit.
I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it is intended: as an opportunity to improve and ensure future guests feel welcomed and valued. We want to see your business succeed and would love to return if our next experience reflects the great things we initially heard about...
Read moreMy experience at restaurant was extremely disappointing. Not only was the service abysmal, but the staff also showed blatant disrespect towards customers. Despite being asked to leave at closing time, they rudely rushed us out without allowing us to finish our meal .If the restaurant closes at 2 pm and you arrived at 1:28 pm, they should have informed you that they were no longer accepting customers for lunch service. Instead, they allowed you to be seated and then rushed you out in the middle of your meal. It's a lack of consideration for their customers' experience and shows poor management of their closing procedures.It's Rushing customers out in the middle of their meal is not only disrespectful but also disrupts the dining experience. It's disappointing that Restaurant didn't manage their closing time more effectively, leading to such a negative experience for me . It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers in such a disrespectful manner. I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this...
