Fogarty's House of Vapor — Local services in Florissant

I'd like to start off by saying that the staff working around 7pm on May 29th, 2018 were FANTASTIC. I'm from Chicago, but I stop in to grab juice and supplies a couple times a year. This time, I came in with a broken tank (not even originally purchased nor carried by Fogarty's), and the employees practically jumped to help. One of them spent a long time on it. Suffice to say the issue was resolved. They sold me on a squank boxmod as well. Not only did two of the employees set everything up for me, but one of them literally spent over 20 mins helping me select a juice. Yes, I'm that picky. They were so helpful and friendly. I would also like to add that I usually make my vape gear purchases online because of better prices, but I was absolutely SHOCKED that I didn't get ripped off. First time here today and the experience was unsettling. There was a very young guy working who was completely dismissive and not helpful at all. He just wanted to run me out the door. He told me he didn't sell the item I was looking for. I asked him was he sure cause I just called last week and the man told me you did. He then told me that must be an old item we don't carry anymore. I took it upon myself to walk over and have a look. The item was right there in the case. He was also rude when I told him how he was so fast to tell me he didn't have it. I will continue to shop...

My wife and I came in to the shop for the first time last Saturday and were not disappointed. Aja was really great and very helpful. She helped us pick the best mods and juice for our individual preferences. She made us comfortable, relaxed and made us laugh during our entire visit. We think she may be a spy because she speaks like 30 languages but she knows a joke for each one. She even gave our kids stickers and rings.
