Dorothy June Booksellers — Local services in Foley

My wife and I are on vacation staying at Gulf State park and could not find a book store near us until we came across Dorothy June Booksellers.

This is the coolest little book store. Great selection of best sellers, super clean, neat and well organized.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Reed, and got to hear a little about her story and how the she moved back from college in Nashville and named this bookstore after her Great-grandmothers. Very disappointed. I hate to leave a review like this for a small business but I have made the drive from Robertsdale 3 times now. The first time the young employee never greeted me or looked up from her phone while I was in the store. I wanted to give it another chance, but the last 2 times I have come out the store was not open during posted hours. It seems the hours have now been scraped off the door but still says...

This bookstore is everything cute and cozy. The owner is amazing and keeps the atmosphere bright. She answers your questions and has no issue with telling you stories about the designs throughout the store! But the books? The selection is magnificent.
