The Rivi — Local services in Foley

BE CAREFUL! This property sits most empty while they charge their residents for “luxury” accommodations that don’t exist. I have never seen a pool company clean this pool. The lawn care is always overdue by the time it arrives, we have one dumpster for the entire complex. It’s build like DR Horton home - quick, and without care… and the energy here reflects that. The office management changes every 6 months or so, and so does the ownership of the complex. There are no grills, the dog park is laughable, and the units occupied seem to workers paid for by their respective corporations… work trucks everywhere, lots of beer drinking in parking lots and loud thuds coming down the stairs and hallways at 4 am. Surely not conducive to a “luxury” environment. If I could Go back in time, and not sign this lease, I would. I would hate to see another single parent sign here and not know the reality. The current office manager is a sales woman. She sold this place well! I even wrote her a review - she made Me Feel like I had made the best choice ever! Hidden fee after hidden fee later, no walk through, a hundred apps and headaches later… I can not wait for this...

This is the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I have been here for one month and have had more issues with this place than any other place I’ve ever lived for 32 years combined. Upon moving in there was no AC in master room. There still isn’t. The insulation in the attic is split in half, no AC to room at all. Ceiling fan is about to fly off of the ceiling so can’t get air that way either. I cannot even sleep in my own room a month after living here I’m sleeping on the couch. Internet didn’t work for first four days and goes out daily several times a day. I had a major leak with the AC, a leak from the ceiling from fire sprinklers that left water spots, AC completely went out a week ago and it’s out AGAIN one week later so here I am at 6:30 on a Sunday, office is closed and waiting on my emergency maintenance ticket to be answered. The front office is very nice but moving here not knowing anyone as a single mom and dealing with all of these issues on a daily basis is extremely upsetting and I wouldn’t wish...

I had the pleasure of touring The Rivi Apartments, recently. Regi and Brandi were both so informative, warm and welcoming. They make a fantastic team. The floorplans are designed like a home. There's lots of storage space, spacious closets, granite counter tops, smart technology, beautiful appliances with washer and dryer included. There's a gorgeous clubhouse, swimming pool and a pet spa. The location is PERFECT! It's quietly tucked away behind the main highway but within walking distance to Tanger Mall and OWA.
