Absolutely terrible service. They are so rude and never get the order right. How hard is it to make a drink extra thick? I've gone to so many other locations and this one is the only one that seems to have no idea what extra thick means. And when you ask then to correct it, they tell you (so rudely) "It IS extra thick, have a good day." to shoo you off. and then walk away from the window. I wanted my drink remade or just given a refund and trust me i was extremely nice about it because i absolutely hate confrontation, but these workers are so mean, rude and entitled. I will never return to this location again and will find another shop elsewhere. Such because it was the closest one to my job and now, I have to find something new even though I've been a loyal Dutch bros customer for years. I will never say it enough; these people at this location are RUDE!! Sent in my complaint to the company and I hope they do...

Great coffee, little less pricey comparatively, friendly staff, almost too friendly some mornings, but then again I'm not friendly some mornings, hah. With that said, they're never stuffy or snobby which makes the service nice. Love that they have a lot of drink options/flavor combos... however.... when your expecting a flavor explosion like dark chocolate cherry in coffee with milk, and it tastes like a bit of cherry and a lot of milk, its a little disappointing.
