Not impressed! Coming from rodeos in Wyoming and Montana. This was nothing compared to those! The show was more for entertainment than an actual rodeo, the riders didnt seem very "pro" at all. The beginning of the show was cool as the man flew down with an American flag but the rest of the show was lame and my family and I were wondering if it was ever going to end. For a lot of people it is their first rodeo and therefore they probably love it hence the high reviews but as someone who has been to real rodeos in the rocky mountain region, it just didn't compare. For that reason I thought that the tickets were expensive too! Don't bother paying for the second tier of seating because they are all pretty much mixed anyway, the seating is like concrete spackle, its rough and very uncomfortable. Overall, if you are looking for a place to just drink and BS with friends, this is probably your place but if you like real "pro" rodeos I suggest others outlets in places like...
Read moreFirst of all we were one of many that had bought scam tickets. They seem to be not doing much to monitor the internet and stop scam sales of their tickets. They provided zero shade options in the actual view of the rodeo. Unless you are a sponsor apparently. You had to pick to either watch the rodeo while melting in the sun or find shade with no actual view of the rodeo. Food options were limited, lines were long, they give plenty of rules but hardly any...

A few tips for my fellow mommas: It is HOT out there til about 7:30-8pm. Wait as long as you can before you get there to avoid baking in the sun on the bleachers. We showed up at 6 and truthfully, didn't need to be there til about 8pm. Bring a blanket to sit on to cover the burning hot metal bleachers! Bring unopened water (and lots of it!) Sunscreen!!!! Bags are checked upon entry. There is stroller parking and most of what we saw tonight was stroller friendly. I was unable to find a changing table, but I heard later on that there may have been one in the handicap bathroom somewhere on the campus. We parked in the neighborhood...
