Fontana Farmers Market — Local services in Fontana

It's not as large as the Victoria Gardens farmers market, but I can't go to that one on Friday.

It's got a little bit of everything though. There are a couple of produce vendors, a couple fruit vendors, some honey, some food stalls, some craft vendors. Several of the food stalls are vegan.

Parking can be a bit tight, as the hours overlap with the pool's recreational swim. There's a nice park at the facility too. You can get some groceries and food, and have a picnic. Or bring Fido and visit the dog park.

2024: Parking is much better. The market used to be in the parking lot, taking up parking spaces. Now the market is on the promenade, around the fountain. It's a much nicer location, with trees and shade. And there are benches and seating if you get food.

2025: There's a great French pastry stall that comes every week. The croissants and baguettes are excellent. The fountain is surrounded by all kinds of food stalls. There's something...

They have a lot of artisans selling different types of quality food It's worth the time to drive there on Sunday. I would love it if there were more produce vendors, but I think the good ones go to other farmers' markets like the mar vista or malibu, etc. Because the people there are more supportive of farmers markets these produce vendors can sell more there. We need to support our local economy, not just go buy from sprouts or stater...
