CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Fontana

Where do I start? My son went to CVS in Fontana on Summit (not the one in Target) and have prescriptions transferred to them 2 days ago!! One was an antibiotic which was NEEDED ASAP for an abscess tooth! 24 hours later NOTHING. I go down to CVS in Fontana on Summit again and the counter person said she would put in another request WITH an attitude, but will not guarantee how long it would take. I reminded her it’s already been 24 hours! I called today and the system would only allow a person to leave a voicemail. Now it’s been 48 hours!! They returned my call and pretended not to hear me on the phone. This is bullshit and unethical. We called the doctor and had them issue a new prescription to a different CVS. CVS is always working hard, no games, like others. Your becoming family to us, we don't worry at all if we are going to get our medicine. We thank you for everything a big 10 star from us.. to most ppl, drs are slow, me n cvs call drs nurses, it can take 3 days of suffering, sad. Drs say wait 3 days to order then after 3 days cvs n I keep pushing. Drs need to have important meds to fill asap, not 2 days later suffering. Cvs,helped me with my seizure meds, she pushed hard. The staff here is extremely incompetent they loss your prescriptions when you follow up they then find it say it will be ready. You check the status, it's still not ready. Then then tell you you have to wait 2 more days so that they can get from the warehouse. I am going on 5 days without medication. If they would have said initial that they are attempting to get location from warehouse I would have had the prescription sent to a different pharmacy. This location is a mess.
