Del Taco — Restaurant in Fontana

This place has terrible customer service. Ordered my food through the app, got to the del taco about 2-3 minutes after ordering. There was a girl outside taking orders so we tell her we had an online order and she says just go to the window. We got to the window give them my name, and the girl tells us to go park in the back and they'll bring out our food. About 10 minutes pass by and no one comes out. So we call and tell them what's going on and they say they'll send someone out with our food. A few minutes later two girls come out asking what was the name on the order?!?! Was it so-and-so, were like no and give them my name again...another 5 minutes passes by and the girl finally comes out and asks for the name again, we tell her and she's just says oh, we have your order with a smile on her face...she brings out the food a few minutes later with no apology or anything just that she doesn't have a headset blah blah blah......I ordered my food at 5:16 pm it was brought out at 5:39!!!! It had been sitting there the entire time! The food was completely cold and they didn't even include the sauce I asked for!!! Will never go to this location ever again!! Everything about this place is just bad. This used to be our go to Del Taco, even though we have one closer to home. The last couple of times we have gone, it's been a horrible experience from getting the wrong food, to having poor quality control. The VERY last time we went, we ordered an epic burrito. Needless to say, the burrito wasn't epic and literally was three bites. The bean and cheese burritos are bigger. The picture is shown next to a small fry. We have ordered many epic burritos before and usually they are the size of a large fry if not bigger. My wife's Del Tacos were the size of a value taco and our large fry was half full. When we went inside to complain, they laughed at us in such a way that they agreed it was tiny, but did nothing to fix it. We reached out to corporate and received a response that the owner/manager would reach out, but never did. The management and quality has gone down and we will not be frequenting this...

I came in around 6:30pm inside. I have been coming to this location for years, not everyday of course, and have always had good service with good food. Today that part had no change, but the atmosphere and work conditions for these employees was just shocking to me. I got my food pretty fast considering it was taco Tuesday, but the employees were sweating bullets and I could just see that they looked stressed. I don't think this is right at all and there should be more food making people if that makes sense rather than a ton of cashiers just standing around. I used to work for noggles, which is what del taco is today, and from what I remember we were busy, but always staffed right and I had the best times working in the oc area. Things certainly have changed. I'm sorry for the long review but long story short food and service was great, just looked like...
