Hate to be that person to leave the first bad review however I showed up in GOOD spirits on the first day they opened around 3:00pm and immediately when I entered all the employees looked directly at me and didn't even think to greet me.. mind you I was the only customer at the register just standing there until one of the teenagers decided to leave the herd where they were all just standing there together talking and the young lady then decided to greet me when she met me at the the front. I had asked if they were still giving away $1 smoothies and goodie bags to the first 200 customers. She had told me no it had stopped at 2pm and I simply said oh okay no worries, no problem! Then the manager or the owner or whoever he was is sitting at one of the tables (mind you he didn't think to greet me when I entered either) decided to make a SLICK remark to me by saying "oh well if you are actually gonna eat whatever you got here inside I might go find you a goodie bag outside or in the back somewhere.." I don't know if it was supposed to be humorous??? But it wasn't at all and in fact was DISRESPECTFUL. Like talk about common sense customer service... I don't recommend this location at all after that rather sour and awkward interaction. If you're looking for a quality Nekter go to the Rancho Cucamonga location where they actually treat you like a customer. Unfortunately, before I started writing this review, I read the reviews that are currently on this location and a delivery driver said that the packaging was not even done by the employees which makes sense because when I receive my bowl the bowl was not completely sealed within the bag. The bowl was beginning to run over and was sticky and messy. Also, the contents of my bowl were wrong, so I don’t know if I received the wrong order or if the people making my order just weren’t paying attention. Not only is it wrong, but it looks completely unappetizing and I felt like I paid all this money for no reason because I genuinely wanted the protein bowl. Today, I ordered in store. I am sitting, waiting for my order. I observe a few sanitary-type things that concern me, but I order food via delivery and at restaurants so I figure worse has probably happened to my food without my knowledge.
