Panera Bread — Restaurant in Fontana

I LOVE LOVE THE FOOD HERE however i recently went like 30 mins ago (i used the app so that i can just go and pick up) my order was supposed to be ready by 12:10 it wasnt until 12:25 that i got up and asked (and normally they have it on the screen when ur food is being prepared and when its ready my name appeared on neither screens) then when i ask the gentlemen at the counter if they had an order for me HE ASKED ME FOR MY ID TO VERIFY IF IT WAS MY ORDER WHEN I HAD THE APP OPEN THE EMAIL VERIFICATION ON MY PHONE BUT WHAT BOTHERED ME THE MOST IS THAT NOT ONCE WHIRL I WAS SITTING THERE DID HE REQUEST AN ID FROM THE OTHER CUSTOMERS COMING TO PICK UP THEYRE ORDERS ONLY ME! AND TO HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINS FOR MY ORDER WHEN I USED THE APP SO THATI WOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT WAS INFURIATING! OH AND THATS NOT ALL ITEMS WHERE MISSING FROM MY ORDER!!! AND I ORDERED SPECIAL FROZEN DRINKS AS WELL BY THE TIME I GOT THEM THEY WERE ALL MELTED!!! I ordered a Pick 2 with a Turkey and Bacon sandwich with brocolli cheddar soup plus a large order of Chicken Noodle soup to go. When I got home I discovered the chicken noodle was an order of broccoli and cheese. I called Panera right away and spoke to the manager, Dorothy. She asked me to come back and they would give me the correct soup, just ask for her. When I got there, I asked for Dorothy. The young lady at the front was very pleasant. She went to let Dorothy know I was there and offered me a pastry for my inconvenience. I thought that was a really nice gesture, especially since I really just wanted the correct soup. I chose a chocolate chip muffin top. Dorothy got my chicken noodle soup ready and I was quickly on way. Aside from the inconvenience, the food was excellent. Edited: This Panera location was remodeled. It looks sleek and stylish and appears to have more seating. Pleased with the remodel. It looks amazing!

On this particular visit I went for breakfast on my lunch break. I was there for an hour so to avoid the line I ordered from my table through the app. It was super convenient, easy and fast!

I ordered the scrambled egg and cheese on brioche and I was able to customize it and add turkey and add swiss cheese. It was so good and tasty and got my full.

Also ordered a pastry since I had a $1 off reward from My Panera Rewards program. I went with the Chocolate Chipper Cookie and warmed it up. So many thick chuncky of chocolate chip!

For my drink I got the Hot Chocolate with Chocolate Chip Marshmallows. It has caramel in it which made it too sweet for me to be able to drink it all. But it was good and the marshmallows were so good!
