I called for a pickup order on Monday and when I arrived within fifteen minutes, I noticed only the staff were there. Nobody was eating inside nor were they picking up food. After China One’s recent failed inspection a few years back, I should’ve just stuck with that bad rep and never returned. I regret for doing so. Here’s a tip if you do decide to place a phone order. If you want to use a coupon, announce it ahead of time. I showed a coupon when I arrived for two free egg rolls or crab ragoon and the short, black-haired guy went through hell and back trying to speak fluent English and got so upset with me for even mentioning it. He disrespectfully kept running his mouth even after I said to forget it. I noticed too the only female staff member too, looking like she didn’t enjoy her job. She was the only one who greeted me when I walked in. If anything, she deserves the biggest tip. Overall, if you want authentic Chinese food..this is NOT the place. Your stomach, lifespan, and toilet will thank you as well....

I thought that was a little ridiculous considering my 16$ order should come with teriyaki sauce but I said fine and gave my debit card and the guy then said it’s a minimum charge of 5$ to use credit. He was extremely rude. I didn’t have cash on me and I wasn’t going to pay 5$ for teriyaki sauce. So I left. I was shocked by this horrible display of customer service. I understand paying for extra sauce but one side of teriyaki should not be a big deal and then when I didn’t have cash and there was a fee to use credit card the right customer service should have been to just give me the sauce. I will never ever eat here ever again and to make things worse the food was horrible....

I've been a customer for 5yrs sometimes ordering 2x a week. The other day I placed an order for a lunch special Beff pepper steak (my favorite) I also ordered cashew chicken, a house fried rice and something else. $39.80 When I got home I found out that instead of Beef Pepper steak I had beef and broccoli... I called to let them know of the mistake the person that took my order said " oh well I repeated it back that's your fault"..
