Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fontana

I tried website... had a list of restaurants... but not Jack's. I tried to complain about the immense heinous level of disrespect and worker's inability to listen to me as a customer. I even took video of the last part of my last encounter. The employee accused me of lying and trying to get my order a second time. I pleaded with him to simply check and see if my breakfast sandwich special order was still there. He refused and continually taunted me saying that I took the sandwich out of the bag with only a hashbrown in it. I felt so threatened. He said he would call the police if I didn't move out of his drive thru line. I refused and again ask him to check if there was a croissant breakfast sandwich with no cheese and a beef patty instead of pork. He continued degrading comments... and the cook came next to him, slightly out of my view and handed him my special order breakfast sandwich. He shoved it at me and said, "now leave." I said that is evil... you threatened me, and called me a liar, refused to check if my sandwich was delivered to me... and no apology. I prayed for that man and stopped going to that hackinbox. I was hoping this experience was rare. Exhausted, on night, I went again and ordered. Trying to get home sooner. Again, hostile disrespect... and now given old lukewarm food. So yeah, if I could have given Zero points... that's how awful my experiences were... and had continually been....

Do Not Go Here @ Night!!!! The drive thru was ultra fast. A nice young lady took my order and money. She also gave me my shake and sprite. But an older gentleman quickly shoved my 2 food bags at me. I thought,"That's quick!" Well I only live 2 blocks away, come to find that the curly and regular fries were dry old and cold, an immediate turn off, but then the jumbo jack and chicken bacon ranch had white lettuce! So I replaced my lettuce but could do nothing about the fries. I didn't want to call and complain bc they'll do bad things to your order, if they do anything at all. I'm very disappointed that I chose them over everyone else on summit to give my last $24.75 to, after my wife got home from work on a @1:30am closing shift. However, I chose them and got screwed for dinner. I had to apologize to my wife who hadn't eaten all day. Please... if you care about your meals. Don't go to the Jack in the Box on Summit in North Fontana after they close the...

Horrible manager two bad experiences this week!- I’m a weekly customer at this location for the past few years and the ladies who work during the day are always nice, however one day this week they were out of apple juice and wanted to sub OJ in our kids meals at $3 extra each. When we said we didn’t want that when they were the ones out of the product the manager flung our change back at us. I went again 2 days ago and realized that my debit card is missing. I’ve been calling and calling no one answers, the door is closed so I went through the drive thru, when I got to the window the manager was so rude and said right away no we don’t have it, I persisted so he would go look and they DID have my card! instead of apologizing he said in Spanish ‘solo para eso vino?’ Upset that I had come ‘just’ for my debit card when it’s the week before Christmas …This is the 3rd time I don’t get my card back at this location but never had this hassle...
