My review 9 months ago: It seems like they're messing up my drive thru orders more often lately. I used to be so happy with the service cos they always get my iced latte macchiato with vanilla sweet cream right. Today, Gus gave me an iced latte and not a macchiato even though we repeated the order twice. We only ordered 2 drinks and the drive thru wasn't that busy so I don't know what happened. I was more bummed cos there was extra stars earned for iced macchiato orders this week. The other time they handed us a half done (no syrup on top) mocha frappuccino instead of the ultra caramel frappe we ordered along with 5 other drinks. I didn't see the lady's name cos it was already dark and we were in a hurry. Anyhow, I hope the drive thru service improves.
Update: I honestly don't know what's going on at the drive thru but they messed up again tonight (July 10, 2019; 9:20PM). There was only one car in front of me but it took more than 5 minutes for that person to get his order (2 or 3 drinks I think). When it was my turn, it took about 5 minutes as well and they messed it up too! I only noticed it tasted different when I took a sip as soon as I got home and finished dinner. My order was noted correctly on the cup but the drink wasn't made right. I can't even go back now to have it redone cos they're closed. đ

   Read moreI visit this store about 3-4 days a week , I order the same drink through my app ,I have for years and it's always the same and always hot. , but today I was handed a cold drink in a hot cup . When i tasted it , it was cold , not Luke warm , not kind of hot, it was actually cold like it came right out of the fridge. When I said "excuse me , this drink is cold," the guy who made it said "yeah, that's how you ordered it" , I said " it's hot every time I order it from here and from any other starbucks I've ordered it , it's a hot americano" he said "Well you ordered it cold" then proceeded to remake it hot. If he believed it was a cold drink, why not put it in a cold cup with ice ? The correct response would have been "oh ok I'll remake it for you, instead of gaslighting me. He didn't have to admit he messed it up , just remake it without blaming the customer. Seems simple. Then when I asked for my bagel that still wasnt out after my second drink was made, the girl said "oh those are frozen and got me something else." Were they just not going to say anything?    Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Starbucks. As a partner myself for 2 and a half years, I was very disappointed with the service I received. I had asked for a blonde pour over with a shot and cream, she gave me a pike that is old and obviously not fresh with nonfat. I let the lady know that I had not ordered that and she didn't say anything, emptied the cup, and walked over to the blonde roast urn which was empty. She then let me know that they didn't have any blonde roast brewed at the moment. I told her that I ordered a pour over not a batch brew, she said they can't do that even though every store is issued a pour over. I then asked for a French press, she said we can't do that as well, and that they don't have either in the store even though they were being sold in the lobby. I settled for a Venti Americano with a extra shot and cream and I was given a Venti cup of hot water with milk and a single shot. I am a starbucks barista myself so I usually don't make a fuss about drinks but this was infuriating.
