When I entered, the door chimed, but no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. After browsing for about three minutes, I found the checkout counter where two associates were standing. They saw me but didn’t offer a friendly greeting—instead, one of them simply said, “Dressing rooms are around the corner,” even though I didn’t have any items in hand. The lack of warmth and basic courtesy really caught me off guard.
I did manage to find a cute top and dress, but unfortunately, the poor customer service put a damper on the experience. I’ve decided to spend the remaining balance of my $500 gift card at your Charlotte, NC location in hopes of a more welcoming visit.
