To start with sales folks were nice , Adam and Rebecca after the experience with them it goes down hill. After picking out a sectional sofa I learned this furniture store who has a huge box truck in the parking lot - DOES NOT OFFER DELIVERY. . Unfortunately I decided to purchase. After the nice fella did help my husband load up the five huge boxes the struggle to assemble the furniture began. After reflection I decided a "furniture store" that offers no delivery personnel but does offer a "guy in a truck that does his own pricing " not a bonded store employee, I should have went to another store. Read moreWas originally pleased, but the lighting in the store does not show true color. We wanted brown(ish), but was actually distinctly gray. They agreed to an exchange, but did not pick up the original items for two solid weeks. We kept the two sofas covered, but they got some cat fur on them anyway. Had they been picked up promptly that would not have been an issue. One of the replacement sofas was damaged. Their own repair man said there was no fixing it, and a replacement should be ordered. Spoke to Mary in the Forest City store, and one is on backorder. I asked her to just take back the defective sofa and refund that portion of the purchase price. She refused.
