I’d like to start by saying this was the greatest customer service I’ve ever received or could dream to receive. THE nicest guy ever and he loves for you to be as involved in the experience as you’d like. He invited me multiple times to see what he was doing. He is so passionate about his work. If you do choose to join him, he’s got the sweetest puppy, OP, and he’ll walk you through what he’s doing and why. If he was selling customer service, he’d be a billionaire but he charges very generously, so he’s got this shop where he does the most efficient and effective work I’ve seen. After reading all of the great reviews I decided that Axle was the best place to upgrade my stock, GM head unit so I stopped by there today (Monday 6-3-2019). I arrived at about 12:30 PM and there was a large, lighted sign in the window that said "OPEN". I tried the door, it was locked tight, and there was no sign on the door indicating that they would be closed for a short time, for whatever reason. I was very disappointed that after expecting such great service I had no other choice but to leave. I really would have liked to see what they had to offer and would hate to have to go across town to the big box electronics store, but I need to be certain that I receive dependable and reliable service, which I did not...

This is a late post, but a few months back I came by with an old 80s model Chevy truck that I am working on restoring. I had run into a dead end with some of the wiring when putting in a new head unit and speakers and thought I was stuck. Brought it in to Barry with intentions of leaving it, but after taking a look at the situation, Barry took the time to help me briefly troubleshoot my issue as he said I had already done 95% of the work and he wanted me to be able to finish it.
