I have used Electronics Repair Center for two small consumer-level jobs. Even though general consumers are not their main revenue source, they still gave me their attention and time to try and help me with my small scale service needs. The first time I had a minor circuit board job which they completed quickly and skillfully. The second job was a little more involved, and they were very honest and up front about the possible labor costs due to the time and complexity of the potential repair. In the end they just returned the item without even charging me for all the time they spent on the diagnostics. I had a project for school involving a circuit board and one of the resistors blew out. We brought pictures of the problem to Electronics Repair Center Inc. and the guys there were so incredibly helpful! They explained to us all the possible reasons this could have happened and then gave us some resistors free of charge to try in the circuit to see if that fixed the problem. I was relieved by how patient they were with me and my teammate considering we had no experience with electronics, but they spent a good 30 minutes explaining to us how the system was using the resistor and other components and gave us some pointers to help us avoid the problem in the future.
