Where to begin? Let's start with when I walked in. It was clear that the restaurant was busy, and for that I did not come in with any expectations of being served quickly. I know this is burger King, not one of the faster fast food restaurants. So I stood at the register with no one behind the counter waiting and wondering after a minute or two if perhaps the only person working was the lady servicing the drive through but eventually a young man came over to help. I gave him my order, and just to be safe repeated what I wanted. He got it, and was very polite about that. So far so good. There were two older gentlemen waiting for their food, and I didn't realize it right away but this would foreshadow my own wait. As the minutes ticked by I watched as both men were served and another man placed an order. The restaurant was gross, it didn't look like they had cleaned it today and there was some kind if beverage on that had probably dried on the counter. I glanced around wondering how long it might take. Around the 5 minute mark I realized that the only bacon burger was on my order and was just sitting under the heater. I glanced to the old man and commented on it. He grunted and mentioned that his food was also under the heater. The young man who had helped me was very good at staying out of sight, whether to do other work or send a text I dont know. But when he did come back into view he had my drink and the other man's, only as soon as he put it down it spilled onto the counter. Poor guy. I felt bad for him, but instead of quickly handling the spill he took another minute to clean it up while I and the other man exchanged glances and longing looks at our food behind him. Eventually around the 6:30 point i just asked the young man to hand me my sandwich. He then proceeded to say yes, and immediately turned to go to the register and take another groups order. Then he grabbed two cups and started making their drinks. After nearly 8 minutes I asked him to just hand me the burger with no bag. He did and I left. The man next to me chuckled and I learned never to come back to that...
Read moreYesterday, 5/14/2025, I was really disappointed by the overall service. I was not greated when I came to the counter. In fact, it was like I wasn't even there. No one at the register, there was one guy who was preparing drive thru orders, he finally on his way to take an order to a drive thru customer said he would be back. He came back and didn't wait on me right away, he continued to wait on drive thru customers. There were several young ladies working but never came to take my order. Finally, the guy took my order. I wanted to eat inside. So a little while past, and I got my food in a bag. A young lady called out to me and said your food is ready sir. I got it and my drink and sat down to eat. Everything was going okay, but an argument by one of the cooks and a young lady started and they were in a heated debate over something that pissed off the cook. He started to raise his voice toward her and it was getting really heated inside the restaurant. The audible level increased tremendously after only a few minutes and the cook came out from where he was cooking and walked over toward the young lady and got up in her face and she was giving him the business back. It got so loud that the drive thru customers would have heard it outside. It continued on until, they moved back toward the back of the kitchen and the volume went down some, but they were still into it. I feared that the cook was going to physically harm the young lady so I called 911 Bedford and reported the incident. I am so disappointed in the experience I had and I feel that management should address this issue seriously. It made me nervous and ruined my experience. If something is not done about this, I will be contacting the corporate office of...

UPDATE- MANAGER WAS VERY KIND AND IMMEDIATELY APPROVED REFUND OF ORDER - increased by 2 stars
if it's going to be more than 1-2 minutes for a person to be sitting at the drive through window waiting and you're just standing there, COMMUNICATE. "Just so you know, it'll be about 5 minutes while we wait on..." Or, "I apologize for the inconvenience, we need to put down fresh fries. Would you mind waiting 5-7 minutes or would you like to substitute that?"
if you are handing someone a cup and the lid is already falling off, don't make them take it.
if you DO end up spilling a drink, don't reach for another lid, reach for napkins immediately and offer them to the customer whose hand and car just got drenched in sticky liquid before cleaning up your side
if you're causing a customer repeated inconvenience, offer a discount or coupon of some sort
say hello. Don't just shove things at people, greet them like human beings, preferably with a smile
the person sitting at the window shouldn't see layers of dried ice cream covering the machine along the sides and the mixing tool that goes into the next person's cup. Being able to see visible layers of sticky old food at that distance is disgusting and does not inspire confidence in the food they're about to be offered
OFFER A RECEIPT - not even offering it only shows how little faith you have that you'll give good service. Burker King corporate does not allow official feedback...
