East Express — Restaurant in Forest

So I wasnt Chinese food fan growing up. Fast forward i start to like it general tso chicken my go to. Lately we tried two places on vacation. Not good ,bland food. The food at the local Chinese restaurant is way better. We decided to give other Chinese restaurants in the area a try. With that being said i seen a fb post about east express told the wife let's give it a shot. The building is the nicest I've seen this spot compared to the previous restaurants. general tso chicken isn't on the menu 😒 we tried the food anyway sharing our different meals. I think that this food was the first food I ever fell in love with, back when they were Fuji Japan in the mall. They closed for several years and I never thought I would be able to eat the food again. Now, you can only imagine how excited I was when I knew they were opening back up, and a bonus? They’re located right across the street from my store. I’ve been here every day that I have been able to come by since they opened and I’ll keep doing that, because the food is just as good as the first day I ever had it, and I could eat it for every single meal.
