@malik_ahmed90 @ATT On September 15th a payment was made at store location Y1XU thats in Capital Heights, MD. After further examination of the receipt the payment that was made in store was put onto the wrong account. I was told over the phone I needed to come into the store for resolution. I drove 40mins from my home to the store location to then be told resolution would come with in 4-5 business days. While in store Mohammad reprinted the receipt and we exchanged contact information. On the 6th business day, September 26th I contacted Mohammed who informed me he would be returning from vacation the next day and to give him a call. As instructed I called on September 27th at that time Mohammed informed me he had not started the process. The process as explained by Mohammad was to send an email to the billing or back office team to get the issue resolved. I contacted Mohammad again on September 30th on this phone call Mohammed asked me to send him a picture of the receipt that he had printed out in the store, he also informed me he had not contacted me because he had not had my phone number but was waiting for me to call back because he knew I would. After I sent him the receipt I was told that was being emailed to billing/back office department. Its now Oct 13th and I haven’t heard from Mohammad and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve worked retail most of my life. Ive worked in leadership in retail as well so I do understand the day to day life almost a month later with no resolution and no follow up from management is poor leadership skills. I left my telephone number and name with a gentleman over the phone today who provided me with your name @malik_ahmed90 please contact me or I will continue to...
Read moreThe ONLY reason I gave this location 5 stars is because of the nice gentleman named Ian that helped me last evening (7/8/24). I was really frustrated once I came in and realized that it was only 1 person working and that was Ian. Once I was helped by Ian he gave me and my son tip top service!!! That man helped about 5 or 6 people this evening all by himself and never once showed any frustration, aggravation, irritation or was rude to anyone one of us. He was extremely pleasant and very apologetic to all of us every step of the way! Give Ian some help in that store! It’s ridiculous that a mobile store that makes that kind of revenue can’t pay employees enough to come to work. No employee should be left in a store alone, servicing multiple customers in a store that has visual damage of a recent robbery. AT&T management you should be ashamed to leave anyone in a store alone after such an incident. Ian, I wish you nothing but the best on your journey with AT&T or your next career move. Good luck to you and thank you for your EXCELLENT ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It did not go unnoticed! And to the management and overseers at this location if you think I’m lying I beg you to run...
Read moreMy mother went into a non-AT&T store and was approached by a representative who claimed she would receive a free iPhone if she switched carriers. She was with T-Mobile at the time and believed the offer from AT&T was better. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case.
Within a month, the service quality dropped significantly, slower speeds, dropped calls, and in some areas, the phones didn’t work at all. We quickly realized this was not what we were promised and tried to resolve the issue. We asked to return the phones, cancel the service, and even requested our old devices back.
However, AT&T told us that we couldn’t return the phones, the warranty had expired, and there was nothing they could do. Now we’re stuck with a bill totaling over $4,000, all because of a misleading promotion that began with the word “free.”
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with AT&T, especially after being misled from the...
