DO NOT SPEND YOUR DOLLARS HERE! I brought an expandable band to them to have links taken out and they did so. I tried it on and it fit but after a few hours I realized it was too tight and cutting off circulation. I returned the item with my receipt and they refused to correct the issue with the band. It was suggested that I come back and deal with the person I originally dealt with. You are a business, honor the work you do regardless of who's working the register. I will never spend my dollars with them again....

Went to links removed from my watch and was told that it would cost me $20. I was okay with that but after the removed the links he said $35 and I told him he said $20 when I asked. He ended up charging my card twice (didn’t check until I was already at home). I called immediately and he stated he didn’t know what I was talking about. Told him I was filing fraud charges with my bank which I did immediately after hanging up. Not recommending this...
