They were very nice, but how I wanted my hair is not how it was don't. Not everyone wants long braids( I'm everyone) I made it clear to her several times I didn't want it long. I have never gotten my hair braided and it took 8 hours. Fast forward 2 weeks later and one of my braid came out with my hair still in it. Now I have to cut off all my hair because now I have a bald spot. I WILL NEVER GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS. If I could insert a picture of my...

Went for a braid install. Im giving this a one star bc the stylist had another male client. He paid her using Apple Pay and not Zelle. Mind you SHE GOT PAID.

She proceeded to call the police on him. I was appalled and let her finish but I'll never go back. Not to mention her work was shoddy and it doesn't look like the quality of work im used to.

They are able to do many braiding styles if you ask with the absolute best of their abilities. They even help you if there are some issues with your braids a few days after!
