It was a Saturday around 11am, so they were VERY busy. However that doesn't excuse the multiple mistakes they made making 2 drinks for me and many more for other customers. I ordered a Venti QUAD ICED blonde latte through the app and used one of my Gold Member Rewards. When I arrived to pick up my drink, they had made it hot, not iced. So I asked them to please remake it. Like stated before they were very busy so it took them 5 minutes to remix a drink, during which 3 other customers came back to the Barista to complain about their drinks either not being made correctly or not being hot, when they were supposed to be. They finally gave me my "corrected" drink and I left the store period when I took the first sip of my drink it did not taste anything like coffee. And considering I ordered 4 shots of expresso to be in the drink, it should be nice and strong espresso flavored. There was also no vanilla in my drink at all. It just tasted like milk with a splash of coffee. Since it had already been 10 minutes into this a little Adventure which should have been a simple is out procedure. I chucked the drink and will not likely be returning to that location in the forseeable future. Very disappointing. I can only hope that the reason for all the mistakes with not only my drink but multiple other customers is because the Barista was so overwhelmed, or maybe he was new. I would hope that when the location is not that busy they are able to properly make beverages. But honestly I won't waste my reward Stars trying to find out. Considering there are usually six Starbucks within a 5-mile radius of any Starbucks at any given time I'm sure that you can find a different one to go to instead of having to deal with disappointment from incorrectly made drinks.
The one positive thing I will say about this location was every staff member that was there was extremely friendly, and although the Barista didn't know how to make drinks he was extremely friendly and didn't give you attitude when you asked him to remake the drink. I had a mobile drive thru order for only one drink when i pulled up to the intercom the lady told me they had my order so i can pull up to the next windowā¦I pulled up to the next window told the lady my name and she told me to pull to the side because they donāt see my name on the screenā¦i thought nothing of it so I pulled to the side. As i moved to the side i watched the lady continue servicing the other cars coming around and not doing anything in regards to my order time goes on and i realized that iāve been waiting for my ONE drink for more than 30 minutes. I parked my car and came inside the building which was already an inconvenience because I ordered a drive thru order thinking i wouldnāt have to get out my carā¦so i went inside none of the ladyās said hello or anything. Iām thinking they were busy which is why my drink took long but they werenāt there was maybe two people in there of course waiting for their drinksā¦.i tell one of the ladyās what happened and someone else stepped in I forgot her name but it started with a K maybe Kadhija? She was the only one who helped me and grabbed my drink which was sitting right next to the drive thru window???ā¦ā¦and the young lady who was at the drive thru acted very clueless like nothing happened i hope someone makes her take accountability for her actions. why would you make me wait 30 minutes for my drink that was right next to you? why not just ask me for my mobile order receipt or ask me what i got so the baristas can make my my drink it should never be that difficult. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe worst Starbucks Iāve ever been to. I drive 3 miles to go to a farther Starbucks just to avoid this one. The workers have the nastiest attitudes and very unorganized. I was running late and decided to order online at this location I go inside and wait 15 mins. I go up and ask about my order, she says that theyāre a lot of people in front of me which made no sense because walk-ins who came in way after I ordered were getting their drinks. The guy making the cold drinks was making drinks not in order of them coming out the system. He was making basically whatever drink he felt like making. I go up again and bring up how people are getting out before me and itās now been 20 mins. She is obviously not the brightest because she says they donāt have my order, when Iām literally looking at my name on her screen. She just says out loud, someone make her a salted caramel cold brew mind you I had modifiers I paid for but she didnāt say that but at this point Iāll take what I can get. I saw no urgency and the guy made a cold brew but it had the name āEboniā on it which isnāt my name so he then again made another drink rather than make mines.
I donāt know whatās up with these workers but they are disrespectful, horrible at their jobs, and have no urgency with horrible customer service.
