I had need for an appliance company that would check out my dryer, which I thought was overheating. Vincent came out, and was so pleasant and right on time.

He examined everything very thoroughly, and couldn’t have been more professional. After much testing, he assured me everything was fine. It was so refreshing to find a company who is honest, and not trying to take advantage of vulnerable customers.

Vincent even commented on what a good job I was doing in keeping up with my own maintenance far as in keeping the dryer as lint-free as possible. That meant a lot to me, since I’m not too handy or knowledgeable about home repairs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future appliance issues.

When my dishwasher and my dryer broke on separate occasions, TAP was there quickly each time, and repaired them at a very reasonable price. My son saw a business van with the name TAP on it. He copied the phone number. Our icemaker went out and he called. The technician was very friendly and professional. He knew we needed a reacement but theirs were on back order. Gave my so the information and he ordered one. When it arrived he called and , the t3chincian came back, installed it and we now have ice. Great service, friendly and professional. Will keep.the nu.ber handy in case we need it again....
