Update: So I made the mistake of visiting this location again, thinking that things may have improved and mainly because I didn't feel like driving a long way for Subway. I placed my order online. I get there and the place looks dirty, only one girl working while her two other male coworkers are just lazing about the store (with one of them walking around with his pants literally hanging below his behind, showing off his underwear). I should have just thrown the sandwich away at that point, but I decided to try it at home, since it was already paid for...took a bite and threw it all away. I'll just stick yo Jersey Mike's or Schlotzsky's from now on. To the one young girl that was working: apply for work somewhere else.
If you want your sandwich with a full serving of attitude, this is the place for you. I really dislike buying anything from this location, but it's the closest Subway around and my pregnant wife was craving a sub par sandwich. I placed my order online and patiently wait until they start making mine, 10 minutes after the app stated it would be ready (not a big deal). While waiting, there are 3 other customers ahead, who are placing their order. The lady making the sandwich is taking her sweet time doing everything else but making the sandwich; she adds ingredients on one and turns around and does something else for a good two minutes. Needles to say, that first set of customers were upset about waiting for about 15 minutes to get their sandwich, as they leave the subway lady starts talking bad about the customers who just left. The customer directly ahead of me asks for extra banana peppers and that same lady adds maybe 4, the customer asks again and she adds 2, she asks again and the lady says that she has already put enough on. Read moreI have gone to this location since it first opened up at Walmart. It used to be great. Friendly service, yummy food and a great environment. I think management may have switched as the past several months I have had terrible service. I understand that the employees are clearly not paid enough or given the proper training, so even though my problem stemmed from an employee, I would like to make it noted that this is a management problem. On 8/28 I placed a mobile order that my partner picked up for me and brought to my work. After dropping it off, we realized that it was the incorrect order, and was actually a door dash order. I did not like what came in the order, so I unfortunately was not able to eat lunch. I immediately called so I could get a refund, in which the employee who was very short and rude, told me I have to bring the order back to the store to receive a refund. I explained that I cannot come back up to the store since I was at work in which the employee replied, "well i don't know what to tell you then". I contacted Subway customer service right away, which I did not receive a response from. Today I decided to call the headquarters in which I was told the comments get directly sent to the store, which explains the lack of a response. The HQ told me to dispute it with my bank and there is nothing they can do. I love subway, but unfortunately there is no winning at this location. You eat in and are berated by the employees-- you order out and you are still berated by employees. This was not my only bad experience lately, which is why I am so upset. Read moreWent in and ordered the selection of meat was fresh the baked chicken got to choose my favorite bread which was the Italian parmesan and three cheese it was just wonderful toasted that along with the cheese just made it mouth watering put the vegetables on which were fresh and crunchy added the dressings and toppings to finish off the sandwich and it was excellent I was able to get all of this on a foot long added chips and a drink and was still able to get all of this for under eight dollars which was unexpected. I ate inside and the restaurant was clean the tables were clear and it was not crowded was able to enjoy my meal in peace without being bothered with a lot of people or noise when I finished I ordered a small little dessert which was a cookie and it was freshly baked and was delicious did a survey and was offered a coupon which will allow me to enjoy my next delicious meal at a great discount. one of the workers came over and picked up my tray and cleaned my table and even asked if there was anything else he could do to help me so all in all I would have to say that this was a pretty good experience for a fast food place and definitely not expected and that I will be returning to this particular place because I enjoyed everything about my experience here it is also a nice quiet place to take a date on a early afternoon outing....
