Harvest Market at Mendosa's — Local services in Fort Bragg

Zero star not even worth one! Rude employees! Overpriced goods! Return or exchange not allowed in this store! No exception! I’m really disappointed at how I was treated in this store. I purchased a non-prescription medication and I was charged $80.90 including tax. I asked the manager if they can do price match unfortunately, NO they do not. I paid for the item because I was already causing a delay and people are waiting in line. Thinking that I can just go to customer service and return it after. I asked the lady that works there where the customer service is and told her about my concern and how I wanted to return the item. She was nice and called the other employee, and I told him about what happened and that I changed my mind because it was over priced. He didn’t know what to do and called someone, not sure if she’s the Manager or what. But I had to explain again about what happened and the item that I wanted to return. She didn’t even care about my concern all she said was “that thing is expensive!” and I said “Yes, I know but your store is way too overpriced for this item.” Then she replied “we don’t accept returns” and I said it’s still sealed and it has only been 5 mins since I bought it. She just looked at me and didn’t even bother to explain why I can’t return a sealed item?! I left the store thinking how I just wasted my time with these kind of people! Not worth the time and money to shop here! Worst...

I have been shopping at Mendocino Harvest Market ... as of this writing ... about 19 years... and it seems like yesterday I walked into that building. I have probably spent over $150,000.00 there ... and may spend much more then that in the future. I give this store five stars... for keeping store very clean and feels very high end, with low end prices... well stocked with items that have substance....have very friendly staff... sell organic, gmo free foods... excellent hours of operation.... sell Big River coffee (best coffee in world (ie Mediterranean French Roast) ... have an excellent bulk section, (bag and write own label, very trusting) ... have a pharmacy in this store .... every inch in this store is maximized to sell everything A~Z .... on and on... Thank You Harvest Market - Mendocino ... heres to another 19 plus years of...

I love this market. They have fresh baked Artisan breads, food by the bulk, fresh fruits and vegetables, and a butcher - love! There were multiple people available to help, so no one had to wait. There are high quality pre-made sandwiches, salads, sides as well as “take-to-go” healthy dinners. There was limited parking, but I had no trouble finding a spot. Great selection of food and note, there were options available with limited, high quality ingredients. I was very impressed by this little market and it was well worth the drive. If you have time there are shops and restaurants here as well as hiking trails near the ocean. We spent the day here and shopped for food before...
