My wife and I tried to buy an angle crafted gift for my mom who is suffering from cancer. We found something we knew would lift her spirits for Mother's Day and when we tried to purchase it, the lady running the place could not find that product in her system to ring it up. After she searched for 10 minutes she apologized and asked if she could call her manager. We said yes. Then after talking to her manager she said she would have to call another supervisor. We said ok, then she asked if we could come back later and maybe she would have it figured out. We then were so confused about the situation at this time we said that's OK. How hard is it to take our money for the product and figure it out later. How does this place stay in business? Our purchase was only $65.
