Response to owner- After reading your condescending reply, I am definitely comfortable that, as you stated, I “chose not to reach out to us directly since you say you have such a long history with our company.”

I did not purchase a BAG of toffee toppings. I DID purchase a 1lb BOX of toffee. Let me correct my original post. The packaging for the toffee is a one-piece assembled, cheap box (lid and base are now one piece). It's no longer packaged in the nicer, heavy-duty gift type box with a separate lid.

When opening the box, be sure to set it on a flat surface, and pay close attention to the back and side flaps, so that the abundance of crumbs do not spill out and make a mess. Yes, I stay with my original statement that a literal mess of almond crumbs spill out everywhere. Not as containable as the old boxes with separate lid.

Such a wonderful place with delicious products! I don't even like toffee, but I can't stop eating theirs! Their customer service is top notch, they are so friendly and kind. I have eaten their toffee since I was young, even bringing back suitcases of it to New York when I would go back for undergrad. I have been giving this toffee every Christmas for years and years. It is the BEST toffee I have ever had, anywhere. They are also a small family owned and operated company and I love supporting them. They are so friendly and family oriented when you go in there. Honestly, I couldn't think of a nicer company. Just wonderful people and the product is absolutely the best...
