Read moreI gave it 3 stars because they had everything in stock that I ordered. I used curb side pickup, because I’m still not comfortable going in to a store as of yet . Either way the service was fine until they brought me out someone else’s order. When the rep came out I rolled my window for her to scan my barcode like it said to do. She said she didn’t need to, and mentioned what I thought was that I was the only person waiting on an order. Well after driving back to work, I realized that I had a large bag of 40 shirts .
I called the store, and notified them that I had just left and I was given the wrong order. The lady on the phone is the same person that brought the order out and did not scan the barcode. Before I can hang up, I hear her in the background saying that she didn’t understand why would I take an order of 40 shirts that I had not ordered online for curbside assistance. To make matters worse, A different rep came out to bring my correct order which I originally offered to scan. I was already perplexed with what I heard the reps say on the phone before hanging out, and to add insult, the next person brought the order out had an attitude and a look on her face as if I did something wrong. Add this time I feel as if the comments and looks were necessary for something that could’ve been correct from the beginning if the original representative would have scanned the barcode like it says. Read moreI honestly wish i could rate This no stars.the experience here was the worst.Let me just start by sayiswng i had high hopes for michaels Its the first store i think about when i want to shop for arts and crafts.. but today was a different day. I went not knowing about a discount, but as i continued to shop an associate who was doing her job very well approached me to tell me that there was a 40%off discount...Perfect..i go to The counter.unload my things and let the cashier no to please apply my discount. The cashier for about 5 mins back and forth in a debate rudely let me kno that there was no discount and he couldnt apply anything to my purchase.He claimt he had no idea of a discount and that he couldnt just credit me for my things.Mind you i was told about the discount WHILE in the store at michaels...after 5 min backk and forth of him arguing and then him seeing the line get longer and people getting upset he THEN WHIPPED OUT THE COUPON THAT HE SAID HE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT..NoT only am i disgusted im disappointed at this lousy customer service.And an experience i never want to have again so because of WAYNE at the Sunrise and Federal location you have lost buisness and will never be returning..thanks for nothing.The racism here is real i could smell it at the door but i thought maybe Just maybe i was wrong..BUT NO...
