This team is the absolute BEST all the way around!!! I cannot recommend enough. Here is our story and experience with them. We were a family group of 11 five adults and six children. We booked an airport pickup, hotel to port pickup and a port to airport pickup. Our flight was to land at 11:50 with a 12:30 pickup time. Well, they shut down the FLL airport 4/8/25 completely due to weather and rerouted us to Orlando. The entire time Jhon was in contact with me telling me not to worry. We were keeping him up to date with what was going on with our flight. After another long slew of delays, we finally were in the air again, but I would not have expected Jhon to be there to pick us up 8 hours late! When we landed, he texted me again you made it! I was so happy to hear from him. What a relief to have such a fantastic company stand by us when we needed them. Jhon picked us up in a beautiful new Mercedes Sprinter van with a new car seat installed for our three year old. The next day Daniel dressed to the nines (full suit) was right outside our hotel's entrance waiting for us with another beautifully appointed Sprinter. (immaculately clean too) Daniel welcomed the entire family and loaded our many many pieces of luggage. He drove us to the port and let us know he would be texting us when we got back. Sure enough - our ship was docked and at 8 am Daniel confirmed he was coming to pick us up. We felt so special watching everyone else scrambling for a ride service when ours was here and waiting to take care of us.

From the very first call to setup the reservations - to each and every interaction and ride - South Florida Elite Shuttle was way above a 10 Star Experience. Everything about this company is First Class and Top Notch! My very personal Thank You to Jhon and Daniel for making this part of our Family Trip to celebrate our 25th Anniversary so much more special. I never felt such a need to write a review for a company and to share our experience. You will be SO HAPPY you chose South Florida Elite Shuttle service. Frankly, I feel a bit “bait and switched” or misled on what type of vehicle I was booking. In the website, the fleet is shown with very nice SUVs, sprinter vans, and other nice models. What we received was a Toyota Sienna mini-van that was gray and frankly, I could have used Lyft or Uber for this type of vehicle (and at a much cheaper rate) as it felt like the family car. I was not worried about paying $140 from Port Everglades to MIA in a nice vehicle with a professional driver (as is described on the website), but this mini-van appears nowhere on the website as one of the possible options, and had that been made clear, I would have gone somewhere else. Jeff was very nice though (despite being visibly sick - though he says it was allergies; hard to know for certain as a passenger), and he was early, and got us to the airport fine. He did talk, run our CC, and look at things on his phone all while driving, which felt a bit unsafe. He did mention he usually doesn’t drive and is in the office, and complained about not liking Terminal 2 at the port and “everyone at the company” hating Miami Airport. He also got on a bit of a rant about people spending money/incurring debt on credit cards. There was no water offered (which is usually customary at this price point and expected level of service).

Did we get from a to b, yes. But if you’re looking for a higher end experience, be warned that this may not be it and was certainly not what the...

I highly recommend for your transportation needs. We had 10 people going on a cruise and needed a shuttle service to pick us up from Boynton Beach and take us to Port Everglades. Jeff was our driver and he was excellent to work with. The pricing was fair and he was so reliable, I never worried for one second about him being there and being on time. I got a call from him the morning of the trip for him to confirm that he was on the way and I also got a call the morning we got back confirming what time to pick us up.

They also provided an enclosed trailer for all of our luggage, and Jeff expertly packed all of our stuff (and believe me, it was a lot!).

I also wanted to mention that he was extremely accommodating with car seats for my 2 and 4 year old. My wife preferred to use the car seats we owned as opposed to the ones that Elite Shuttle provided and Jeff kept the seats for us. They were in place and ready to go when he picked us up....and they did all that at no extra charge.

If you need reliable transportation at a fair price, and with exceptional customer service then look no further than South Florida Elite Shuttle. I will definitely be using them the next time I need...
