T.J. Maxx — Local services in Fort Lauderdale

I like the variety of choices at this Tj Maxx. However, today, I had a terrible experience. The customer service was so bad that it took me 40 minutes to get the item that I wanted to buy. I wanted to buy a bag that was locked with a security bracelet. I pressed the special button to call an assistant. After 5 minutes, a girl finally came over. Since there was a long line at the checkout, my mother took her place in line. The girl couldn't unlock the bracelet, so she asked another lady for help. The other lady didn't know what to do either. Only the fourth person in the line was able to help me get my bag. That's how the first 20 minutes went. By then, my mother's line had finished, so she came back. I asked the cashier to check out my item, but they said it was against the rules. My mother and I went back to the beginning of the line, and 20 more minutes later, we finished our "shopping."I hope something will change in the system after my angry review. It is unfair that the purchase took so long. What would I do as the supervisor of the store? I would compensate the customer for their time and let them skip the line, because the problem with the bracelet key is the responsibility of...

T.J.MAX is in the same shopping center as TOTAL WINE, & PUBLIX, they are the brackets around T.J.MAX. Located directly off of Cordova RD. and 17th STR Causeway it is in the heart of Ft.Lauderdales. busiest tourist industry.Cruise ships,hotels , airports. This area feeds, clothes, entertains and shelters a huge percentage of our tourist and local population...it is highly diverse in it's services and it's population.As a result T.J. MAX is extremely customer service oriented.The store is wide with wide ails, great lighting( not to bright but not dim) in other words : "just right". This store has all price range items. With a bounty of clearance items to household goods, children's clothing and toys, sporting equipment. The list is really.endless! Check out is a pleasure. It is controlled and safe. The staff discreet but ready to serve. Cleanliness their number one priority.P.S. They have great foods from all over covering a.wide.variety of anything you may have a craving for. Parking in center is.dream. widely available with security.What else can I say except...

I came into this store on Feb 26. I noticed they had some designer bags in a case I wanted to see. I pushed the button and waited….at least 10 minutes. My friend pushed it too. Still no one came. I pushed it a third time and still no one came to check on me. I waited at lease 20 mins. I finally asked the jewelry gal for help, she was short. She finally sent someone over. After another 10 mins of waiting. I asked the girl who finally arrived if the button worked. She said (with an attitude) that she did not hear it. She pressed the button again and it rung the lanyard around her neck clearly. She ignored me, everyone ignored me. I was willing and able to spend 1200 and was ignored so I of course would rather pay full price for a kind staff experience versus whatever this was. Very disappointed. I’ll go to...
