I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent CO2 laser procedure I underwent at Millennium Med Spa on Saturday, February 17. Firstly, I was dismayed to find that no one from your team contacted me to inquire about my well-being after the procedure. I woke up on the second day with increased swelling on my eyes and face, which was more pronounced than on the first day. Concerned about this development, my family insisted that I reach out to your spa immediately. I called your facility at 11 am and left my contact number, expecting a prompt callback from the doctor. However, two hours later, I received no response. Subsequently, I called again and left a message with the receptionist, but unfortunately, my call was not returned. Another two hours passed, and with no improvement after taking Benadryl, I called once more. I stressed the urgency of speaking with the doctor to the receptionist, who hesitated but assured me to wait. Several minutes later, she conveyed a message from the doctor instructing me to take Benadryl, without specifying the dosage, which I had already done. Regrettably, I am experiencing a persistent burning sensation in my throat, itching and it is disheartening that the instructions provided did not include any mention of taking Benadryl or Ibuprofen. Furthermore, I would like to address an additional concern regarding the payment process. It struck me as odd that, during the laser payment, there was an indication that tipping percentages of 15%, 20%, or 25% were acceptable. This seemed inappropriate. In conclusion, I am disappointed with the overall experience at Med spa and feel that the emphasis was solely on financial transactions rather than patient care. This incident has left me with a negative impression, and I can confidently say that this will be my first and last visit.
