My family and I just visited Drip N Dip for the first time, after hearing wonderful things about it from some of our friends. I have to share about our experience! My girls love Dubai Chocolate and were so excited to go and try it out. This is not like any dessert establishment. It’s family-owned, and the owners are really special people and the customized service that we received was nothing short of amazing. The delicious treats are off the charts, but the warm, friendly and personalized involvement and treatment we received really stood out. And it wasn't just us, but every customer and every table was made to feel the same way. Kudos to the charming owner and to the incredible business. Between the 6 of us we tried many treats. We had the Dubai Chocolate ice cream rolls, the Dubai crepes, the Kinder Bueno, and the Dubai Chocolate waffle bites, but the Dubai Volcano...... OMG. Words cannot describe this. You have to try it. We couldn't get our spoons into it fast enough! There was nothing left on anyone's plate (after we all licked them clean) and my visiting father was speechless after such a warm, fun and delightful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone, you will not be disappointed, and you will have the best experience. So , On a quiet rainy day I decided to go in and review this place for my tik tok with my son . Upon arrival , the place wasn’t that welcoming. No hello , no explanation of specials going on … just . Are you ready to order. I clearly looked confused and wanted someone to maybe give me some ideas or at least seem as if they wanted to help me … but no … so any way I order I go sit down . Minutes later my order comes out. As I’m taking pics, a man who seems to be the owner comes over demanding my receipt with no explanation. Mind you when I tapped my phone the owner was at a distance staring at the register as if I had a fake card lol . But I was t sure so I proceeded .. he then takes my receipt walked over to the register to match it .. comes back and says your card took longer than usual to go thru 🙄🙄🙄 lies . It was immediate . The energy gave racially profiled and I’m not a fan … I won’t be going back ever … never felt so insulted . If I’m not Appreciated neither is my money . The icecream was ok .. looked better than it actually taste . And to top it off there was buy 1 get 1 free which they didn’t even inform Us upon arrival . HARD PASS .. terrible experience… zero stars if I could … full video will be on my tik tok …. I will tag it once I post it … but hashtag the store n it will pop up...

I had the pleasure of visiting Drip and Dip yesterday, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience!

First off, let’s talk about the desserts. Wow! They are a true treat for the senses. Each dessert is beautifully presented, and the flavors are out of this world. From the rich chocolate options to the fruity delights, every bite was a little piece of heaven. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought and effort into their creations, making it hard to choose just one!

Now, onto the staff. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles. The team was not only friendly but genuinely enthusiastic about helping me pick the perfect dessert. It's always a joy to see staff who are passionate about what they do, and it made my visit even more enjoyable.

I was also impressed by the manager’s presence. They were actively engaging with customers, checking in to ensure everyone was having a great experience. It’s wonderful to see leadership that truly cares about their patrons.

Overall, I highly recommend Drip and Dip to anyone in Fort Lauderdale looking for a sweet escape. With delicious desserts and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s definitely a spot I’ll be...
