Ali is such a great man and got us taken care of in less than an hour. I called early in the day and asked his availability. Not only did he get our phone fixed but got us taken care of very quickly and had amazing conversations! His location is right off the water taxi stop, maybe 10 min walk. He was super kind and helped us. He has perfumes/cologne, air fryers, and all kinds of things available! Thank you Ali, you’re the best!

US WIRELESS guy helped us tremendously with our iPad service. Fast and affordable. Nice guy too! The location is difficult to spot from 17th Street, it’s a small shop the west end of the building with Einstein Bros. Bagels.

I purchased a new phone from Brandsmart & went to go to a MetroPCS store to activate it. When I arrived, I noticed they were no longer there & a new cellular store, US Wireless, was just opening. I went inside & was glad I did!!! The new owner was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & went above & beyond. I bought a different brand of phone than I usually do & was unsure I made the right decision. He immediately put my mind at ease saying I made an excellent choice & explained why. Additionally, he proceeded to give me some tips & tricks on my new phone & said if I had additional questions to feel free to call him. I told him I needed a different charger box & case which he had the charger box in stock at a great price but needed to order the case & said he would call me when it came in ---- and HE DID!!! When I went to the store he told me he also ordered me a screen protector which I forgot I needed. He went above & beyond to assure my new phone was well protected & that I was comfortable with my selection. Where else can you get such excellent customer service & great prices, too Stop in and see...

I had an excellent experience with US Wireless in Fort Lauderdale. I brought in my phone for repair, and the owner was extremely honest, professional, and knowledgeable. The pricing was the best I found in town, and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. My phone now works perfectly.

What really stood out was the extra effort—he even offered to personally deliver the phone back to me, which speaks volumes about his commitment to customer service. I highly recommend US Wireless FLL to anyone looking for quality repair, fair pricing, and exceptional...

I'm writing a long overdue review to compliment the excellent service I received here. I needed a new SIM card and phone right before my cruise, and the owner was incredibly helpful.

Pros:

Fast and friendly service: The owner was able to assist me quickly and efficiently. Knowledgeable staff: The owner was happy to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. Reasonable prices: I felt the prices were fair for the service and products I received.

Overall:

If you're looking for a great place to get a new phone or SIM card, I highly recommend...
