Water Taxi Stop #F3 — Attraction in Fort Lauderdale

They over sold tickets which did not allow us to board at least 3 boats at stop 4, over the course of an hour. We got on at 10, went to stops 1,2,3 and back to 4, then Hollywood for the standard 2 hour wait to get back on. We could not go up river at all. Put $40 in parking meter thinking we would be able to ride all day and couldn't ride past 3, we left at 4 pm after waiting for people to get off the boats, but they never did. Probably 40 people waiting with us. We paid for 12 hours availability and where am I able to ride 5 hours. They may have lost 5 customers for good if they don't address this properly.

It’s ok it’s a nice way to see the water ways and the homes along it. Know where your going to go the staff isn’t helpful the lady at the transfer station asked where your going and. When I said not sure she just said figure it out. Someone in line explained which boat goes to downtown and the beach.

The staff is very over worked and underpaid from what I can tell talking to some of the nicer ones. One staff member told me he spends more time on this boat then I do on land roughly 70 hours a week. Captain jack and Brian where the nicest people out of the day.

Valentines day 2024. Paid $80 for my husband and I to go to Downtown Ft Lauderdale and return back. They dropped us off on stop #4 on our way back along 28 other people for over an hour. They told us our original boat was out of service and a new one would be picking us up in 2 minutes. That never happened. They left us stranded. The women on the phone was rude and didn't understand the inconvenience and hardship for all of us. No water; cold; and exhausted. Completely unacceptable.
