Had a great time meeting and getting to know the owner Katsuko. I had a horrible experience at another hair salon and I spent all of last year growing out my hair to the point where I could cut it into whatever I wanted. I was recommended here by an associate of mine and it didn’t disappoint. Knew exactly what to do with my hair and spent most of the time chatting with me or asking me questions about my hair preferences to make sure I liked it. Very professional and very friendly person. I also loved that the price included the whole package instead of what other salons do and asking for “tip” later on. Seems way more honest to just have present total prices upfront so that way there’s no awkward moment. Awesome owner and I would love to comeback here again...

Great experience with Katsuko, so professional and caring. I liked how they sit you in a chair and Katsuko talks to you and really spends time, not trying to sell you at all! And really recommends you what is best for your hair. I came in ready to do so much stuff! But after convo with the master, I thought twice and went for just haircut and don’t regret it. Katsuko Shared with the knowledge, so basic but so simple to ignore. Highly recommend!!! My hair look amazing !!! And I’m following her advice and I think it is helping. Thank you so much !!! I love Katsuko salon for permanent hair straightening treatment! I switched salons after a bad experience at the salon I’d been going to for years to get Japanese straightening treatment (my hair was badly fried). I’ve gone here for straightening 3 times now and I’m so happy with the results! They put the chemicals only on the new growth so I haven’t experienced breakage. I go to Toshi and he takes such care in making sure it’s perfect! I have a lot of hair it’s no easy task, but Toshi takes the time to make sure it’s perfect.
