I came into this place because I read somewhere that they fix cracked Iphone and apple watch screens. The screen on my Apple watch SE cracked so I decided to take a gamble and try to get it repaired. I was greeted by Mustafa, who was very friendly and quoted me a price. It was expensive but then he negotiated something more reasonable. I agreed. He told me it would be ready in two-three days since they had to order the screen. No problem!

On the third day Mustafa contacted me and sent a video of my watch being worked on. They were having issues and they wanted to try another screen, which they had to order. They explained everything in detailed and stated I can pick up the watch in a few days. Again, I agreed.

By the second week I was contacted again, the screen was fixed! However, it had issues staying on. I was pretty bummed out. I thought this was it. My watch was DONE (which it was). However, Mustafa had one more trick up his sleeve and offered to sell me a refurbished apple watch for the same price as the cracked screen. I was skeptical at first. So I asked a million questions and he answered everything patiently. Since it was the same exact watch and I had mine for a while already and didn't want to spend $400-$500 on a new watch I took the offer. Again, they had to order it. Another two days goes by and I was contacted again to come pick up my new watch.

So far, so good! New watch works just like the old one. No pairing issues, all functions working, no wear and tear. Band was brand new. I'm HAPPY!!

I give them a 5 star! Customer service is top notch. They communicated with me the entire time, didn't try to upsell me or ghost me, and provided options when they couldn't fix the original issue. The best part is I was assured that if I have any issues with my watch to come back and see them, they will take care of it.

At the end, I still have an apple watch and it works perfectly.

$2.00 fee per email, in order to print docs, I sent two emails and was charged 4 dollars before copies were printed, that’s quite disappointing. I would have sent docs in one email if I knew their policy but charge is still unreasonable. How else can they print your document if not by email or by flash drive (doubt business wants external devices on their hardware). The positive was the good customer service and...
