So I found this gym during my search for gyms and I liked how there is 0 commitment. I feel $25 a class is very fair since you can schedule it to your liking. They also have packages available currently where you can sign up for class packages. What I liked was how the trainer Tariq knew I was new and he was able to assist and adjust the workout for me. He gave me plenty of attention and made sure I was comfortable since I haven't been to the gym in years. Time in class goes by quick. I'm happy I found TBT. I already signed up for more classes. Try them out. Won't regret.
TBT is your gym if you want a great hour long workout. I love it !
--Just wanted to update my review. It's been a year since I've been going to TBT and boy has it been a journey. I've learned in the year that I've attended the members end up becoming your friends and you just cheer each other on during your journey of being active and coming to the gym. The trainers are fantastic!!! You have to be willing to put in work to see the results. What you put out is what they will give. The coaches seriously care about you but you have to be vocal in asking for help if you are not sure on how to do something. They will show you and guide you but you have to ask!! They took a shy girl like me and turned me into someone more confident and I blab my mouth away at the gym. Well, it convinced me to ditch my lifelong sedentary lifestyle. I started running in May but had mild knee pain. Once my race ended, I began strength training here consistently. Itās been a month and I no longer feel any knee pain. Amazing! Now Iām training for a half next year because TBT enabled me to build the foundations to go for it.
The coaches here are doing truly amazing things. They encourage us to lift as heavy as we can and make sure we do them in the right forms. Tariqās been so patient in correcting my forms that Iām finally no longer intimidated by anything in class. Cliff is total boss. He sets the tone and makes sure we don't slack off and I only wish I have that in my work life too as I work for myself.
The sessions are well-thought-out with a mix of warm-up cardio, weightlifting and plyometrics. And they often donāt repeat even for the same session type and that keeps it fun to say the least.
