My boyfriend purchased a diamond ring for me last Christmas. Within a few months 9 diamonds fell out. He took it back and had it repaired. Within a week of wearing it 3 diamonds fell out. I got it back yesterday and before the end of the day guess what? A diamond is missing. We called and their answer is "Come back after Christmas. Our jewelers are very busy" Well of course they are! If everything they sell is like my ring the repairs are backed up!!! I DO NOT need the jeweler to repair this ring. I want another ring preferably from a more reputable store!!
Update to this terrible review. It gets worse. We took the ring back with the missing diamond, They still have not turned this into a positive situation by doing the right thing and refunding our money. Instead they reminded us the ring is a year old!! In that year it has been in repair 3 times and barely worn.. Again we were told to come back the first of the year. BUT, I decided to wear the ring Christmas Eve to a family party. I put the thing on and in the car on the way to the party I felt something catching my stockings. I look at this ridiculous ring and after not even an hour the diamond in the front was gone leaving a big whole!! That diamond had already been replaced twice!! This is ridiculous enough, only to find out that my fiance had purchased a warranty on the ring when he originally bought it. This retailer never honered that!! If this is not rectified by refund or exchange, we will take further action. $2,000 for a ring that this retailer knew was junk is disgusting!! What kind of business does this? The kind that knowingly rips off...
Read moreI have a long story to share along with this experience. Let's see how I can make it short? My fiance walked in as I was somewhere else, and he found my upgraded engagement ring, which so happens to resemble my original engagement ring he gave me 2 months ago in February. I come along, and he says, "You gotta see this. " .. and BOY was I blown away. It was beautiful! We started off with a wonderful consultant named Jennifer and ended with Mr. Tony. Service was amazing. We initially traveled to Florida for family business but intended to search for wedding bands throughout our travel!! Never would I have thought this NYC couple would leave Florida re-engaged with a beautiful ring and a wonderful experience at Grace Diamonds on Monday, April 15,2024 It is now day 4 of continuous wear, and I must say, besides being extremely big because it's clearly not a 5sz, it's perfect. After reading other reviews on stones, I'm even more careful. We did ask for diamond testing, and Sammy did the diamond testing and then added ring guards for $31. (Lil expensive) I'm not even sure if the ring can be sized 🤦♀️ Will be doing my own testing this weekend here in NYC, but I'd like to say I am very, very, very happy with this place. So...
Read moreI took two watches to grace diamonds inside The Edison Mall to get batteries installed. I told the gentleman that I was not sure the batteries would fix them. He said if they do not work, I will give you your money back. He did give me my $31 back for one watch. He told me he could fix the other one for $20. I have a recipt. It would take him one week. I paid him $20. He called me three weeks later and told me it was going to cost an additional $100. I could go into detail, but it would be so long no one would read this. The Experience cost me $51, and he said I would be returned if it did not work. The guy was very dishonest to me. He also hid in the back of the store when I came to pick it up and had one very nice lady stay calm and shake her head and say, "I can only tell you no. My boss said everything you speak, I should say no". Although the lady that worked there was very, very nice, the owner or whoever the guy was is an absolute crook; he is a liar and a cheat! This is the first bad review I have ever written. I will post on every social site. Be careful at grace diamonds in the Efison Mall,...
