My MacBook Pro took a crash and I rushed to take it in as it was very close to closing time. Ash was very kind and stayed after his businesses closing time to help me get my computer checked in. Ash was able to get my computer back to me the next day. Unfortunately, he wasn’t sure if the fix would last. My computer had seen better days. However, Ash was able to download all of my files on to a flash drive free of cost. I am very thankful for that. Since my computer was not able to be fixed, Ash was willing to help me get a new one. I haven’t yet been able to get a new computer but, I am looking forward to working with him again to get a new one and with any future electronics repair. I have had the same phone for a long time and it's not sold in the States. DooGee. Best phone I have ever owned. When my charge port came out with my cord, I was in trouble. Needless to say, I spent time hopping from one repair store to the next looking for help. One store sent me to AI Solutions where I saw the light in the tunnel! Ash took the time to look at it and work with an unknown cell phone. I had no issue with trying because a replacement would have to happen if it wasn't fixed anyway.
