This 1-star reflects service/personal interaction. I would give a couple more stars for flavor, albeit dripping in grease. I haven't been here in a long time. I stopped in yesterday late afternoon and was absolutely the ONLY ONE in the store, no one else dining in, or in line. I looked over the the menu board, and decided on 2 cheesesteak sandwiches and fries for carry-out. A lady in short jorts was abrupt and discourteously blunt taking my order (tone similar to ordering a dog off the sofa) "You want peppers on that?" I replied, yes. (?..I thought they normally come with banana peppers since that's what's listed in the description, so that was confusing). Same tone, "What size?" I don't have a meaningful reference, what are the sizes. Reply; "SIX, EIGHT, TWELVE!" Ok, now I understood. I was reaching for my wallet and was ordered to "Pay at the other end". (okay, jeez I'm really glad I came here today, I was running low on sass-talk and attitude). The young man who checked me out was friendly though. As I walked out with my order the 3 employees went back to leaning against the counter and resumed, um, doing nothing (sorry I interrupted your whatever). Driving home I noticed the bag was leaking grease on my leather seat. I reached over and placed it on the floor. There was a puddle of grease on the seat which I wiped up at the next red-light. Once at home, which is not far, again a puddle of grease on the floor-mat (glad I had the Weathertech mats) and wiped up the mess again. (pic attached) The flavor of the sandwich was good however, and the amount of ingredients was generous, so I was satisfied in that regard (although given the amount of fat/grease content it may have had the effect of a clothes-pin on my aorta). Given my experience and the mess in my vehicle, I'll pass. Thanks but no thanks.

Everytime I come to this location it's not busy yet takes forever for me to place & get my order. The manager has a bad attitude which causes the entire staff to have bad attitudes not to mention after you do finally get your food all the employee's go straight to the back so if you need something else there's no one there and all that stuff under the counter it just opened less than half an hour ago which means it's probably been there for who knows how long. If you have time do yourself a favor and go across town to another location

From the time we walked in the sandwich maker and Karly held a full fledged conversation not even noticing they had customers. She was so busy talking that she asked for our name and my husband said Jay and she put it under Shay. I was sitting waiting on our food and noticed Karly was standing in the middle of the area where you make the sandwiches twirling her hair and talking. I feel like this is not acceptable around food.

THIS PLACE IS GROSS. I called corporate to complain after several times noticing a total lack of upkeep. They told me they are franchised stores and left my contact info for the general manager.

A few days later I did receive a call from the GM. I shared my thoughts regarding the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the restaurant. He was apologetic and stated the reason for the condition of the restaurant was due to the post covid lack of help. He assured me that he would address the issues and invited me to give it some time and check it out in the near future

Fast forward a few weeks later: I returned to see the windows in the front of the restaurant still looked disgusting and unwiped for months. The floors still hadnt received a proper cleaning with buildup and grime around the edges everywhere. The fountain drink dispenser was as dirty as ever. Tables looked unwiped between meals.

The management is awful at this location. As a another person who reviewd this place stated the employees serve your food and then disappear to the back of the restaurant.

This is a great place to eat if you have no standards regarding customer service and the cleanliness of where your food is made.

If you want some lip service reach out to the GM and he will make excuses and lie about wanting to change things. Maybe he can take his lazy butt over there with a mop bucket and some windex and lead by example because these slobs either don't know how to clean or aren't being asked to do so thoroughly.

I have given up on this place, I will wait to hear about the critical violations this place is due to receive from the board of health at some point.

I've taken my business down the street to JERSEY MIKE'S where they seem to care about the appearance of the restaurant and being polite to their customers.

UPDATE OWNER ASKS FOR DETAILS? THIS OWNER WAS ALREADY NOTIFIED OF THESE ISSUES MONTHS AGO AND DID NOTHING TOCHANGE THEM. I DETAILED EVERYTHING I SAW. NOT COMING BACK. DO YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS A FAVOR AND CLEAN UP YOUR DIRTY RESTAURANT. IM...

I went in at 2:12 p.m. on 8/22/19 and placed my order to go. It wasn't busy at that hour and quite frankly I was too busy to get lunch around noon. So I ordered a 6" philly cheesesteak, fries, and lemonade. As I'm paying I informed the gentleman at the register that I would get my drink after I used the restroom. I'm "gone" in the restroom less than 2 minutes before returning to the counter to collect my drink, mind you my food is still being prepared. A few minutes go by before I'm able to get someone's attention to ask for my lemonade and the gentleman who took my money informed me that it was sitting over by the fountain machine. I politely refused it, telling the employee that I thought it belonged to someone else and didn't feel comfortable with the fact that it was possible for someone to put something in it since no one "watched" it during the 2 minutes I was in the restroom let alone the few customers that went to the fountain area while I waited at the counter with my back to it. (Think of today's "news" of people spitting / licking items then putting it back). The staff member had no problem getting me a fresh lemonade and soon after my order was handed to me. I now go to the Fountain counter for a straw and napkin before leaving and because I'm really hungry I reach in to grab a French fry, quickly popped it in my mouth to discover it was barely warm. Hoping it was a fluke, I grabbed another fry and thankfully it was warm, not hot from the fryer but considerably warm, so I left the building, got in my car and headed home. As soon as I'm on the road I start eating my sandwich, delicious! In between bites of sandwich I grab French fries and to my dismay it's cold as were the rest of the fries. I didn't have time to turn around as I had a 3p.m. meeting that I couldn't miss and was cutting it close to get there on time. Normally I am extremely satisfied but this trip left me...
