My spouse and I make the joke before we come here, “ready to go to chipotle and get treated like absolute garbage?”. We have been to this location dozens of times because it’s painfully close to our house and open until 10 and without fail every time at this location and the one around the corner that they relocated from, we receive the most atrocious service. The staff is annoyed by your existence and unhappy to be there. You will get extra special treatment if you visit within the last 45 minutes of them being open but don’t try and come in at 9:45 or later because they will lock the doors from the inside.
The staff is very vocal with customers around, cussing and verbally abusing each other and expressing irritation. The food is sub par compared to other chipotle’s around the country. If corporate could hear the personal music they choose to play against policy and witness way they treat customers, they would shut this location down. The management doesn’t seem to be any better and seems even more irritated to be pestered by either customers or their team mates asking for help.
Maybe it’s a generational issue and hard to find employees who know how to work respectfully anymore. None the less, it’s one of the worst experience we continue to have each time we go. I’m still in my 20’s and so I try to be patient but it’s truly appalling and I wouldn’t take my family visiting town here EVER. We come from a much larger city with millions of people and this place wouldn’t last a week. They’re lucky they’re in a small town with nice people who put up...
Read moreI recently had a chance to grab dinner from this location and boy was I disappointed. Upon entering at 7 PM with a closing time of 11 PM on a Sunday night I was told that they were out of steak, black beans, queso, Barbacoa, and sour cream. How do you run out of core ingredients that make up your menu? Since we were craving chipotle, we went ahead and still ordered. I should’ve taken the sign of the general disarray, dirty tables, and messy prep areas as a sign that I should’ve left. It’s like they didn’t care. We bought a burrito bowl and a burrito with chicken since they were out of all of those other ingredients. After a quick drive home, the first bite of the burrito was ice cold. The rice itself was not even warm at all. I don’t know if it was the leftover rice or whether their heating tables were not functioning, but it was simply disgusting. This is also a food health hazard. I immediately called chipotle to report what we had experienced at the restaurant. It was not my goal to get free food, but for corrective behavior. They said they would inform the management staff and they would reach out to me to tell me how they would prevent the situation from happening again. Three days later I still have not heard from anyone. They have lost the customer. I definitely will not return given...
Read moreI am a delivery driver, I got an order for this restaurant went in to get it. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to ask about my order. They told me to go wait at the register, I did. After another 10 minutes, I went and asked again to which I got the reply "All you had to do was ask about it and we would have gotten it for you." This was the same employee both times. I waited 25 minutes for 1 bowl. Fast forward an hour or so, I decided I wanted chipotle for dinner, and would give the restaurant a second chance. I put in my order at 9:50, show up at the restaurant at 10:15. My order had not even been started yet. I wait for 10 minutes before going into the store. I go in, the employees do not even respond to me when I walk to the counter. When my order is finally done, the employee comes to me to hand me the food. I start to speak, when she pulls the food back, no longer handing it to me. She then forces me to speak before she will. I go on to say how this kind of service for a restaurant that's food is pre cooked is unacceptable and I will leave a bad review because of this. She then goes on, to offer me a job at the restaurant. I felt as if she meant this in an insulting way. This all being said, another 35 minutes, for ONE bowl.
TLDR: DONT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR...
