Not only was I not greeted at the door like everyone else seemed to be when I walked in, I wasnât assisted with any help when I asked. I asked an associate for assistance unfortunately she was brand new so she asked a few other people through the mics they had on their heads, No one came to assist. After standing there doing my own research to find the product that I needed., A supervisor named Lisa walks up very rude after 10 minutes of me waiting. I told her I will figure it out on my own because no one came to help. In the middle of me explaining to her my experience, she walks off very rudely. As Iâm checking out the same woman, Lisa hereâs me talking to the person at the register about my experience, Lisa chimes in stating that she doesnât care, itâs our last day, and itâs because of people like me that itâs her last day. I tell her that Iâm glad that itâs her last day because itâs people like her they make me not wanna come in the store. She then begins to yell at me screaming for me to get out and that I shouldnât be wearing that cross around my neck, which isnât even a cross. It was African Ark, so as I am walking out the store with my merchandise, she stops and acts like she wants to hit me. I look at her and I tell her I wish you would. Thatâs when another supervisor named Sara walks up asking me to leave like I did something wrong. I tell her what happened not only does Sara ignore it, but she proceeded to greet customers in the middle of me telling her what happened. She doesnât de-escalate the situation she does not pull me to the side. She does not ask what she can do to help the situation, instead she says she has to go pee and for me to have a good day. I have never been treated like this at any Ulta. This was my first time ever in this store. , And I am disgusted. It doesnât matter if it was her last day I shouldâve never got treated that way and Sara shouldâve handled the situation differently. I asked Sara was there audio with the recording Sarah State yes and thereâs other people that got you recorded as well. As if I did something wrong.. This experience was so mortifying to me. I donât even know how to feel. The absolute worst store ever. Do...

There were at least 4 associates including a manager floating around the store during the 20+ minutes I spent looking for my item. Other customers around me were greeted and assisted...but not me. I walked the entire store and not a word was uttered to me. It was very disappointing! And what made it worse was that I advised the manager (her name started with a D) of the lack of service I received and she nonchalantly blamed it in being short-staffed. I could have laughed aloud! They were in no way short-staffed. But I won't sweat it. I made a tiny purchase so as not to feel like I wasted 40 minutes but I'll go to Macy's (where they treat me like a valued client) for all the other items I wanted to get
Needless to say, I will NOT...
Read moreIf you consider just the products that are inside the store, they've got a large variety. Usually have sales and decent coupons. Sadly, the employees lack customer service skills and overall respect/kindness. The one guy, Rob? Ryan? Something with an R is extremely rude. He gave me a free gift and charged me for it. I went back in to get my money back and it was him who took care of it. He proceeded to tell me I "shouldn't have gotten it at all". I told him that I already opened it and that he was the one who gave it to me. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, I get a "yeah well I'm fixing it for you. Calm down". I had to not say anything before I asked for a manager. This isn't the first time I've had issues with employees being rude as heck. I hope they get some proper training and pull their egos back a bit. It'd be nice to see a smiling face, kindness and just not some teens with...
