The ladies were very helpful in the store. But the only reason why I am writing a review is because this store needs to be noticed for there efforts in resolving an issue. Long story short, it took over a month to receive a pair of white jeans ordered from this store, and there was a lot of miscommunication which caused frustration. But Stephanie the store (I believe) assistant manager not only made sure to fix the situation twice, but she went out of her way to write a hand written note apologizing for their mistakes. She openly admitted they made a mistake, as everyone does along with confusion and errors made on their behalf, but admitted to it and fixed their mistakes. This store sincerely took ownership, correction, and sent a wonderful letter apologizing...stores don't do that anymore. I purchased an order online for in store pick up. When I arrived Colinda (the employee) stated that because I did an online order she would prefer to return it and I repurchase it so that the store could get “credit” when I explained to her I had already been charged she proceeded to argue with me and state that I had not. My credit card was in fact charged when I placed the order. She kept saying that the store wouldn’t get “credit”. Colinda then proceeded to tell me that the “better” customers always do that. They do not stand by their products. I bought a dress (retailing at $180) and used coupons to get the price down. I wore the dress TWICE. The first time I wore it was for less than 3 hours. The second time I wore it to work. By the afternoon, the strap had ripped off the dress. Now I would either have to throw it away, or pay to get it resewn at an alteration shop.
